In a partnership firm one of the partner agreed to vacate the shop otherwise he will pay the enhance rent from the date when he was vacate the shop. legally it is valid agreement

Dear Sir / Madam,
It depends on the licensor whether he / she wishes to accept the enhanced lease charges for the shop or whether he / she wishes the opposite party to vacate if the tenure of the Agreement for Leave and License of the shop has expired.
