Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
A party possessed a Myadi Patta Land(Register Land) for 60 years continuously .They have no writen doc. such as Land Revenue Recipe etc.In other hand ;the defendant have all the mentioned above including the Chtha Register.They recently (In Augest,2013)collect a written profe from the Jamider that they have been possessing the suite land for 60 Years.Besides this they also collect the eviction notice that was issued by the court(Trial Court).They have issued a Writ Petition from the High Court .Now ,are there any chance of winning the case by the plantiff?How much the "Limitation Act "and "adverse possession" will be effect?If yes then please describe !

Dear Sir / Madam,
When the original Owner of the registered land is around, the question of Limitation Act and Adverse Possession does not arise.
