Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
we have a paternal land, after death of my grand father it has been nominated to all sons and daughters of my grandfather in tehsil record, In which we are also include.
it is not possible to divide this land physically between all of them,bcoz it will divide into 6 part and every one want that part which cost is high.
my question is that can we sold our part of land without of physically divide to any third party legally.plz give me an idea to sell my part of this property.plz plz.

Dear Sir / Madam,
No, the property in question has to be surveyed, sub divided and duly partitioned in the record of the Tehsildar / District Registrar, for you to be entitled to sell your portion of it.
