Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Patwari can change "girdwari" it is true sir i want to know in which case the respectable HIGH COURT of punjab and haryana has given a order that a patwari will not alter the girdwari by himself. Because cases of corruption were gearing up. Sir i want to know the citation of that case.
