Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
how to proceed when the case is for eviction in arguments stage, and now when all stages has passed defendant lawyer commented that agreement is for three yrs but not registered.judge also considered and asked our lawyer about this to produce proof.pls guide what happens now and how to proceed the case for faster eviction.
