Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Have a Property in Delhi which is lease hold, can I execute a Registered Rent agreement. Have been getting the Rent Agreement registered for last 5 years.. Any changes in the law since last 2 years??

Dear Sir / Madam,
An Agreement for Leave and License of less than 1 year duration need not be registered. There are no other changes in the law for Agreement for Leave and License since the last 2 years.
