Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
There is prostitution in our neighbourhood and the owner is saying that he is helpless as the tenant may get the stayorder by hiring an advocate for just Rs.2000/-
We alos sure that he is also involved in this bad activity.
My we have the guide lines to vacate the said house in our street.

There are very rare possibilties for achieving any effective remedy in civil side, in my opnion. If the prostitution is causing some sort of hurt for you, you can file a private complaint in the court of local magistarte for the alledged nuisense. That might help you.
