Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
I have purchase a land amounting to Rs 3 lacs in the native village whereas value of land is written is Rs 5 lacs on stamp paper. Now the case is in court. If claimer of the haq shua wins. whether we receive actual amount which is 3 lacs or 5 lacs mentioned on stamp papers.
