Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I had purchased a house in Ambala city in the year 2005 from the person who was given GPA through Tatipur Tehsil. The registry of the house was also made and mutation was also made in my name. Now the Revenue Department has ordered DC Ambala to cancel the registry and mutation on the basis that the GPA carried out from Tatipur Tehsil is fake as there is no tehsil in Tatipur. Kindly help me whether the govt can cancel my sale deed after 9 years and advise me what to do
