Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
I have purchased a 10 marlas land (a house (haveli) having chardewari but not a single room) in my neighbourhood. Nearest neighbour has claimed haq shufa. Then what options are available to deny the haq shufa? As I am the third nearest neighbour.
