Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I purchased a residential plot at subhasgram (near sonarpur) and I did mutation from local authority (sonarpur). Now I want to make own house on this plot very soon. So do I require BLRO mutation? If yes then please say legal process.
Thanks

Dear Sir / Madam,
Once you have purchased the residential plot in your name having registered it with the Tehsildar / District Registrar in your name, you do not need to get any mutation done. Simply get an Architect to design and plan the layout of your house and to get the approval of the local Municipality to the construction plans of your house.
Regards,
