Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
query 2- we have a paternal land, after death of my grand father it has been nominated to all sons and daughters of my grandfather in tehsil record, In which we are also include.
it is not possible to subdivide this land physically between all of them,bcoz it will divide into 6 part and every one want that part which cost is high.
how can we subdivide this property according to law. this is the matter of rajasthan.
