Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I have recently finalised a rented flat to move in on 1st Sept. I have found it though a broker so brokerage is applicable.
I have paid the rent and deposit already to the owner upon his insisting. I have not got the keys of the flat, neither the final agreement documents. I have also paid the agreement charges. Now the broker is also asking for his money. I am scared that i might lose all of this money and not get the rented flat too. Could you please help understand this situation and possible outcomes? How can i ensure that i am not cheated here
