Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hi I recently was trying to rent out an apartment in Bangalore.I considered a done deal from my side and transferred the token amount of 23000 as advance rent to said landlord.But after he received the money he had put a formidable clause in agreement to which we did not agree and then we asked him to pay back our token amount.He has then been humiliating us on the phone and refused to transfer the amount.Please advice what can be done in this case.

You need to lodge a Police complaint against the Owner for recovery of your money.
