Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I've rented my bungalow, the lessee haven't paid the rent for the last 3 months and is denying to vacate it. The lease agreement expired a couple of month ago. What can I do legally to make him vacate and also make him pay the entire amount?

You should have to file eviction suit against the tenant, before which you may use non-courteous legal procedure to compel him to vacate you home.
