Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I have rented my flat ar Calcutta recently and my tenant complaint me that she was told by secretery of the flat association (not registered under any act) to enter by 11 pm at night, else neither care taker shall open the gate nor any duplicate key shall be given. I am at out of station . Kindly guide what action can be taken for this. My tenant now shift the flat and I have to look for another tenant. Association of flat is behaving very bad.

Dear Sir / Madam,

It is clearly evident from your query that the Association is intentionally and deliberately hindering your Licensee's right to peacefully live in your premises. You should straightaway tell the Secretary that the Association does not have any locus standi and to stop interfering and meddling in your private affairs. If they persist, you should report the matter to the Police.
