Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
i had rented my flat in dwarka to individual on the basis of a registered lease for 11 months. The tenant wants to stay for 3 more months . is there any way i can extent the lease or i will have to for a fresh lease registration by paying again 2% of ine years rent plus 100 for security .kindly guide me
