Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

I have a residential plot in surat and its termed as owners plot. I have agreement registered in smc (surat minicipal corp) recently and paid stamp duty of 104000/- .Its a residential society with plot size of 20 * 40 vaar (1 vaar = 9 foot) and consists of raw houses and is developing quickly. Now i would like to know what are advantages of disadvantages of owner's plot and can i sell it to someone and can buyer avail for loan on it. my email id is : [email protected] and your suggestion would be highly appreciated.

you are the registered owner of the plot. you can sell the said plot if permitted by the municipal corporation. If the sale and transfer of the plot is allowed you can do so.for further query contact 9312411481.
