We have residing in our grandmother's brother house from last 50 years and we are not paying rent and they had no objection yet, but now they are asking us to free their house. can we demand for some compensate? what prospect for us. We are

Dear Sir / Madam,
As advised earlier, tell your grandmother's brother "let the bygones be bygones" and that if the title of the house is in his name, you are willing to commence paying rent at the prevailing market rentals of a similar property in the vicinity.
