I am a bonafide tenant of a building in Mumbai since a very long time.My Landlord changed hands to another Landlord somewhere in 2006.The new landlord for conveyance and other formalities of advertisements in newspapers my name along with all other tenants for any objections wherein no such objections was received against my name. My building was undertaken for redevelopment in 2008 by the new landlord. MHADA also accepted and included my name in the eligible list of tenant to receive new tenement.I handed over peaceful vacation of the house.
Houses in Mumbai are small not enough in space in large Muslim family.My ancestral house is small so I sympathise with my elder brother just to stay.
Since houses are difficult to get in Mumbai.
The landlord is an ex MLA of the area under his son name a developer.Under the influence of his political circle my brother forged certain documents in his name to claim and create rights in the house in his name and thereby a dispute arose and ever since 2008 to till date I was not given rent
When I approach the Landlord cum developer he will not respond.In fact in 2009-10 when I had gone to his office with pregnant wife for the first time after a long time the landlord cum developers threatened in front of my pregnant wife that he will have me cut into four pieces had such detrimental effect on my wife for my life and to be born child
Now in MAY 2016 the building is almost ready. I have written one month letter of intimation to all concerned dept. and Chief Sec, Police com.,Mhada CEO , landlord cum developer etc that my due regards of rent etc are not considered then I will pursue logical judiciary conclusion making me Homeless and shelterless
In June 2016 MHADA issued letter instructing Landlord cum developer to pay me rent and submit rent payment details to MHADA .Landlord cum developer has not paid rent and I have again informed all authorities about the same.
Please suggests me further course of legal actions that I can pursue

File FIR against ur brother for forgery followed by suit for recovery.
