what are the risks involved while offering open land for commercial use on leave & license basis? (in a broader sense) & how to minimize or mitigate these risks so as to safeguard the land owners interests?

Dear Sir / Madam,
Always think and act positive in life ... there are no risks associated while offering open land for commercial use on leave and license basis, simply because if you do not renew the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) with the Licensee, he / she is an unlawful "trespasser" in your property liable to be evicted within 24 hours by the local Police.
