under which section or rule of which act am i protected from paying rent as tenant after demolition of the old building?

Generally, under U/s.28 of the Karnataka Rent Act 1999, generally connected through scheme of agreement between parties ratifying as per Juror (Owner), & Jury (Tenant) relationships under section of said specific clause of the Karnataka Rent Act 1999, Amended if any.,
