Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
My shop is in cantonment area karachi i have rented out that shop in 1997 on rent Rs2100 now its rent is Rs 4000 icrease by @4% per annum,tenancy agreement was also made once in 1997,now can we icrease rent according to the current market value in new tenency agreement??? And how much maximum % rent increased per annum according to the cantonment law??? Regards, Asad Mustafa
