Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am a shop keeper in Hoshiarpur in Punjab The shop is on rent for more than 30 years.The shop actually belongs to D.AV. COLLEGE.Now the managing committee is asking all shop keepers to sign a deed from 2016.Will it impact our benefits for being so old shop keepers by law?
