Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, Right ahead of my house is a property which belongs to someone else, hence he does not permit us to get my car inside our compound. As far as my knowledge goes a person has to give space as entrance. Is there any law thru which we can get justice & get my vehicle inside my compound???
