Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Hello Sir, I am one of the committee member & as per bye-laws the tenant police verification is compulsory for all tenants. So We do lot of awareness regarding this in written also. But some of the landlord are not doing the police verification of their tenant. Can you please guide us to get the police verification from the landlord. Can we complaint against the landlord in local police station or at the society registrar office. We have to maintain the law n order and very important security in our building.

By landlord, do you mean the flat owner who rents?
If that is the case then pass a resolution in your AGM re police verification.
