Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hello Sir, We have a House divided into 4 portions we suspect one of the tenant eyes on our property she has shown interest in buying our property but we refused her offer because we don't have any intention to sell it, 3-4 years back we asked her to evict but she postponed saying she will evict after her children's studies get completed as of now both of her sons are done with their studies. recently she asked us to sell the portion she lives in but we refused. We do not have any agreement with any of tenants many have rented and left but this family is here for about 8 years, Is there any chance of claiming an ownership by her?? How can we make her evict from our property??

1) Do not delay further. Issue immediately eviction notice followed by eviction suit.
