Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir iam having one tenant he left the shop. the tenant was sending me rent by gp. latter he told me that he will send through another person by google pay since he is not having i was receiving rent regularly but he left the shop without informing me now the other person is running the shop without rent bind and anything. how this case
if i go to court is it ok

it can be assumed that your tenant has sub let his shop and you may seek possession and mesne profits.
