Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir I am from jodhpur city Rajasthan. I am landlord. My dad bought a shop for me but first I needed to complete my college so my dad gave shop on rent. First agreement was for 11 months then by name of guy who have my shop on rent then after 11 months he took sign and wrote name hs wife name on agreement and made 21 months agreement. Before 4 months of expire agreement we told him to leave my shoo he said okay he will. But after 4 months (expire agreement) he said he Will not leave shop. We talked to him then he said he want more 6 months. We agreed but now after 3 months he said today he will not give rent if we don't give him *rasid* of payment. We told u never ask in Last 3 years rasid now after expire agreement u want rasid of payment. So what should we do now? What rights we have now?

1) Issue evacuation notice mentioning all the facts and also lodge FIR as trespasser.
2) Now dont issue any rasid and claim rent due for all the months together with interest.
3) Engage a local experienced lawyer of repute who can handle the case intelligently.
