Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir or madam,
I am the owner of my house .I want give on rental basis.I want to make an agreement with tenant.please tell me the procedure and what precaution should I take .Is agreement required any lawyers signature /registration in registrar office .please advice.

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should make an Agreement for Leave and License (ALL) of 11 months duration with a renewable option if you so desire. You can download the format from the net yourself and make further additions / amendments to the Agreement to suit your requirement. Only the Licensor and Licensee are required the sign the Agreement.
