Sir, mera landload pechli 20 saal se water problem krte aaya hai.. tara tara se paise mgta hai k aaj motor jal gaya hai, itna do, kal sarf hua hai itna do, parisand kr k rak kha hai.. na hi kuch building ka maintenance krta hai,, but har 5yrs me rent 10% increase krta hai.. please sir suggest me, I wait your answere...
