Sir, I am resident of vijayawada. my house owner increases rent every year. that is very burden for us. we are taken single bed room house . my house contains two rooms ( kitchen, bed room ( attached bath room ) hall opend balcony. we dont have any receipts for rent payment. she is charging 4,500/- for single bed room. Every year she increases 10% rent.

Dear Sir / Madam,
If you wish to continue staying in the house, you will have to abide by the conditions of the house owner of 10% increase in lease charges. If it is a burden, you should look for a cheaper alternative accommodation elsewhere.
