Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir, I have three shops which I have given for rent. But my tanant is asking for orginal copy of the agreement is it right. I heard that the owner should make two orginal copies of the agreement one keep with us and the another one to the tanant and what are the rules should i mention in the agreement for the tanant. Please suggest me. I would be very much thankful to you.

Dear Sir / Madam,
In an Agreement for Leave and License (ALL), the Licensor (Owner) of the shop retains the original and gives a copy of the ALL to the Licensee.
You may mail us for a draft of the Agreement for Leave and License (ALL),
Regards,
