Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
Sir can a tenant hand over his flat to a charitable trust, as the landlord of the building has expired and as per his will his son-in-law is the admistrator of the building,
but due to landlord's will other legal heirs of the family has put a case against the son-in-law in the court.please advise how to proceed with this matter,

Dear Sir / Madam,
"Once a tenant; always a tenant." No. as already advised, the tenant is not entitled to enter into a sub-tenancy, selling the flat is out of the question.
