Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
sir,
i am owner of flat located on 5th floor on 6th floor another flat constructed on 6th floor, my question is that , leakage of washroom water come into my flat and owner flat of 6th floor not cooperate with me to resolve the matter , kindly education me how i handle as per law.

dear its court matter the court is empwer to direct the person who is not folow the rules.
