sir/maam
I am a tenant and a case is pending against me in appellate stage regarding increasing the rent.
sir, my tenanted portion needs urgent repairs and water facility, so can i approach court and enforce landlords obligation to repair even when the case is pending and rent is not taken by landlords from last 3 years. ?
