Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
sir/madam,i am planning to give my shop in pune on leave & license to a person unknown to me for a period of 33 months and will also register the agreement .my question now is what if the person refuses to vacate after the term period of 33 months ..please advise me so as to safe guard my position in case of any dispute in the future..
