hello sir,
Mai Madhya-Pradesh se hu. Maine 30 saal se 1 dukan kiraye par le rakhi hai. abhi bhi wo dukan mere pas hai. Lekin owner ne wo dukaan secretly kisi ko bech di. owner ne koi notice bhi ni diya. Buyer ne kharidte samay koi vigypati (Newspaper mai suchana ki mai kharid raha hu kisi ko koi aapatti to ni hai) newspaper mai nahi di. Itne saalo se dukan kiraye par lene ke kaaran hum claim kar sakte hai kya iske khilaf? koi possible solution bataiye.

Dear Dharmesh,
Ek kiraayadaar hamesh kiraaydaar rehta hai. Aapkay owner ka hak banta hai usay uskay dukan ka kaisay bartaav karnay hai woh maamla sirf dukan kay maalik hee kar saktay hai. Aapko kisi tarah naye dukaan maalik say salam mushaiyra karkay dukaan aapkay taabay may rakhna hai.
