Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India

Hello Sir,

My mother is the owner of a house in Vadodara, Gujarat.

Looking to Dastavej (Deed), it was made in year 2000 and I noticed that there is spelling mistake of my mother's name in entire Dastavej. Dastavej is written in Gujarati. Her name appears correct in City Municipal Records.

Also, my father is a nominee in deed and after his death now my mother wants to change nomination to my name.

How do I make these two corrections in Dastavej, one spelling mistake all over and second change in nomination?

Please advise step by step and with approximate processing time and expenses.

I will appreciate it.
