I had sold out 2.50acres of my agricultural land to about 15pesons in small plots of about 1 kanal/ 10 marla plots through regd.deed in 2002 in HARYANA. All the purchases got the mutations entered intheir favour but one of them did not get the mutation done in his favour by producing regd.deed to the Patwari of a 10 marla land. In 2007 I sold my remaining total remaining land about 24acres.As one of the earlier purchaser did not get the mutation done in his favour that land 10 marla was also resold by mistake by me alongwith the remaining land.Although possession of that 10 marla land is with the first purchaser and second purchaser never bothered to take actual possession of 10 marla but he got the mutation done in his favour even of 10 marla alongwith 24acres.Now about 12 years have past and now he has approached the Patwari for mutation in his favour and Patwari told him that that 10 marla land has been resold and now he is asking me to get the mutation done in his favour ,please advise me how can i help him?
