Dear Sir / Madam,
The old Landlord Tenant rent agreements have given way to Licensor - Licensee Agreement for Leave and License of 11 months to 36 months duration with annual revision in lease charges since 1985.

Standard rent means the fair rent - what the property should fetch - based on the conditions stipulated under the rent act.
Please refer to local lawyer, who is expert in rent control laws.
