Question
My mother leave in Kolkata and she has a tent who is leaving in our property for past 25years and damage our property they don't want to move out and asking money from us otherwise he wouldn't move out

Thank you so much for getting back to but now i don't know what i mother should because she is elderly lady recently my father past away and it is not possible for her to go to court as i believe court can take long time to make any decisions .

Dear Sir / Madam,

If the tenant has damaged your property, you should give the tenant a notice in writing to repair the damage and vacate the property. If the tenant does not budge, you should report the matter to the Police.
