Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am staying in a house as tenant under verbal arrangement between house owner and me. No formal tenancy agreement has been executed . Am I safe ?

Yes, agreement can be orally also but in case of dispute you shall be required to prove the oral agreement.
