Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am staying in a prasee trust building since last 58 years and my father has expired around 3 years back, but still the trust is not transferring the flat from my fathers name to my name, in spite of my giving all legal documents specifying that I am the legal heir staying along with my wife and son. Initially the said flat was in the name of my mother but after her death the trustee's transferred the said flat in my fathers name with a increase in rent of Rs.10-20/-.
I have intimated the said trust that I agree to increase the rent by Rs.300/- with a additional payment of Rs.100/- towards maintenance of the said premises.
Hence request a favourable response from your end at the earliest

Dear Sir,
You should request the Trust to justify reasons for refusal to transfer the tenancy in your name despite having complied with and submitted all the necessary documents to them pertaining to the transfer.
