Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am staying in a rented house at Kolkata from last 06 years, few months ago landlord stop giving me rent receipts. And, now he asked me remove from there if i would unable to pay 04-times of the current rent. What should I do in this situation??? How can I go to rent control to solve this???

send the rent to the landlord by moneyorder. If he refuses it will go against you. You can also deposit the rent in the court. But you need to consult the lawyer there to know the details.
