It's free passage to the agricultural land have been blocked, under Civil Justice System, remedy available under Tortious Act (Act Of Wrong) due to deliberately restraining free passage, or servitude, or easement. Therefore both parties A, & B' while your pendency in litigation, that you've to make a third Party 'C' included, as a new joinder within existing suit, due to consist's of another simultaneous cause of action obstructing general free passage, and further plead it through by the Easement Act 1882.
