Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from Tamilnadu.I have a patta on 608/2b&608;/2a and joint chitta on 608/2c2.The 608/2c1 party purchased the total land of 608/2c2 from my cojoint chitta partner without my knowledge, regiestered,and changed joint chitta into thier own name patta. Is their patta valid What action take for their patta cancelation .

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the Tehsildar / Registrar to conduct a survey and demarcation of the pattas, to restore anomalies if any therein.
