Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in India
I am from Tamilnadu.I have a patta on 608/2b&608;/2a and joint chitta on 608/2c2.The 608/2c1 party purchased the total land of 608/2c2 from my cojoint chitta partner without my knowledge, regiestered,and changed joint chitta into thier own name patta. Is their patta and registration valid, What action take for their patta and their registration cancellation .

Dear Sir / Madam,
You should request the Tehsildar / Registrar to conduct a survey and demarcation of the pattas, to restore anomalies if any therein.
