Legal Question in Landlord & Tenant Law in Pakistan
The tenancy agreement in karachi generally is for 11 months. Is there a legal reason for this? Thanks

Dear it not for karachi its for all over pakistan as rent laws and registration laws 11 months agreement is exempted for registration. And if it exeed its will consider lease agreemnt under transfer of property Act. Which requires registration.
