Can a tenant claim ownership of the building in possession.
we have a building which we are planing to give it for rent for a very famous Garment Company in India to start their Direct Showroom.
What are the possible problems faces by a landlord when a building is given to a big shot. What will be the normal eviction time and also what all things to be added when an agreement signs.
Please Advise.

1) Tenant can never become owner as SC repeatedly opined.
2) Draft lease agreement should be vetted by an experienced
local advocate of repute to incorporate all safety clauses.
